1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bh33 ("bh33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the bh33 platform at https://bh33.io, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service provided by bh33, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, must not access any bh33 service, and must immediately cease use of the platform. Continued use of bh33 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on bh33. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 21 or older. bh33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, bh33 will suspend or permanently close the account and may withhold any balance pending review.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bh33. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own identity, a family member's identity, or a fictitious identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bh33 will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. bh33 reserves the right to verify all registration data against independent sources and to suspend access during any verification process.

2.4 Jurisdiction. bh33 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing bh33 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Security

3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bh33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bh33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bh33 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. bh33 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. bh33 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via one-time password (OTP). Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to provide an additional layer of security for their accounts. bh33 is not liable for losses on accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the player.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. bh33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit accepted on bh33 is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the point of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, national public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible for withdrawal, a player must have completed all required identity verification steps. Funds deposited via a particular payment method will ordinarily be returned to the same method where technically possible. bh33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 No Money Laundering. bh33 implements strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Players may not use bh33 as a mechanism to transfer, clean, or otherwise process funds connected to any unlawful activity. Suspected AML activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

4.6 Currency. All transactions are processed in BDT. bh33 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. For any transaction initiated in a foreign currency, standard conversion rates apply and any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to the transaction being confirmed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. bh33 may offer deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the player to wager a total of ৳20,000 on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on bh33 contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (slots, live casino, cricket betting, etc.) will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. Playing games with a zero percent contribution rate does not progress wagering requirements.

5.4 Expiry. All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unmet wagering requirement will result in the remaining bonus balance being removed from the account. Cash balances earned prior to expiry are not affected.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. bh33 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by bh33. bh33 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without explanation. Bets are not confirmed until the platform displays a confirmed bet reference number.

6.2 Errors in Odds. Where a bet is accepted at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, bh33 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. bh33 will exercise this right reasonably and will not use it to cancel bets simply because the outcome was unfavourable to the platform.

6.3 Cricket & Sports Markets. Specific rules apply to cricket betting markets on bh33, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Match cancellation, abandonment, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments are governed by the bh33 Sports Rules document available on the platform. In general, a match must reach a defined minimum number of deliveries for most markets to be settled; otherwise bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. bh33 may apply maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per player per day. Applicable limits will be displayed on the relevant betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at that figure regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.

6.5 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid changes. bh33 is not responsible for delays in bet acceptance due to network latency, server processing, or other technical factors outside its control. If a live bet is submitted but not confirmed before the relevant game event concludes, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7 Casino & Games

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on bh33 — including slots, live dealer table games, and instant-win formats — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures audited by independent testing laboratories.

7.2 Return to Player. Each game's theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage is determined by the game's provider and is available in the game's information panel. bh33 does not modify RTP settings. Actual returns over any finite playing session may vary significantly from the stated theoretical RTP.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a casino game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault that causes an incomplete game round, bh33 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where resolution is not possible, bh33 will void the affected round and return any stake held in that round to the player's account. No compensation for speculative winnings will be paid.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one account on bh33 under any identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with bh33 systems;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any form of sports fraud;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that was obtained fraudulently;
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino games, or any other competitive format;
• Deliberately placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in arbitrage profits while abusing promotional terms;
• Attempting to launder funds through the bh33 platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bh33 staff or other players via support channels.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Policy. bh33 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Players who cannot verify their age will have their accounts suspended until verification is complete.

9.2 Player Tools. bh33 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, reality checks, cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the player's account settings at any time.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. A player who requests self-exclusion will be locked out of their bh33 account for the period selected. During a self-exclusion period, bh33 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account or receiving promotional communications. Any funds held in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player after the minimum self-exclusion period has elapsed and the player has completed a re-engagement review.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bh33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bh33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bh33 content without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 bh33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh33 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from error.

11.2 bh33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bh33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 bh33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bh33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bh33 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of bh33 after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bh33 is incorporated and operates. Specific jurisdictional information is available from the bh33 support team on request.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between a player and bh33 regarding any matter covered by these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the bh33 internal complaints procedure. A formal complaint may be submitted by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bh33 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in bh33's operating jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
